When the weather gets warm, all my kids want are ice pops and ice cream. Rather than give in to their whims, I make them this cool, fruity alternative that’s simple, fresh, and much lower in sugar. Feel free to swap out the strawberries for mangoes or blueberries.
Serves 2
In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and cardamom and blend until smooth. Divide between two glasses, garnish with additional cardamom, and serve.
