About the Author
Elly McCausland is a food writer, keen cook, gardener, tea collector and traveller. When not pottering around the kitchen, she works as a Senior Lecturer in English Literature at the University of Oslo. In 2016 her food blog, ‘Nutmegs, seven’, won Food Blog of the Year at the Guild of Food Writers Awards. This is her first cookbook, which won the 2019 Jane Grigson Trust Award.
