Name and number of at least one, preferably two, emergency contacts.

Don’t Forget!

Confirm with your emergency contacts listed on the back of the card so they know to expect such a call should anything ever happen to you. Consider if they would need keys and/or access to your property if they were called on to help care for your dog at home.

If you’re going on vacation, remind your emergency contacts and provide a copy of your itinerary and pet care details in your absence. That way your emergency contact can liaise with your hotel, pet-friendly rental, or pet sitter if required to ensure your dog gets looked after no matter what.
