PERFECT-EVERY-THYME CHICKEN

I prepare this often because I can assemble the marinade one day, and grill it the next. Everyone is pleased with the fantastic flavor. It really is perfect every time!

Prep: 5 min. + marinating Grill: 10 min. Makes: 6 servings

1. In a small saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients; cook and stir over low heat. Bring to a boil (mixture will foam). Remove from the heat; cool.

2. Pour into a large shallow dish; add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Drain the chicken, discarding marinade. Grill the chicken, uncovered, over low heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°.
