GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR MIX

My son and I have celiac disease, and I use this flour mix to make our favorite dishes.I prepare it in 2-quart batches and store it in airtight jars.

Takes: 5 min. Makes: 3 cups

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year.
