Brunswick Stew

1 large onion, chopped

1 pound ground sirloin

2 (15-ounce) cans stewed tomatoes

2 (15-ounce) cans creamed corn

2 (13-ounce) cans chicken

2 (10-ounce) cans barbeque pork

1 (14-ounce) bottle catsup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper

In a Dutch oven on medium heat sauté the onion and the sirloin. Mix in the tomatoes, corn, chicken, pork, catsup, garlic powder, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours to blend the flavors.

YIELD: 13 TO 15 SERVINGS
