8 medium navel oranges
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
Maraschino cherries
Peel and section the oranges over a bowl, reserving any juice. Stir together the orange sections, reserved juice, pineapple, and coconut. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Beat the whipping cream until foamy. Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Spoon the fruit mixture into individual dishes. Top each serving with the whipped cream and a cherry.
