Marinated Vegetable Salad

2 to 3 cups broccoli florets

2 to 3 cups cauliflower florets

1 cup sliced squash

1 cup sliced cucumbers

1 pint cherry tomatoes

¼ cup black olives

¼ cup green olives

2 to 3 radishes, sliced

1 (16-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing

In a large mixing bowl prepare 4 cups of the desired combination of broccoli, cauliflower, squash, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Mix in the black olives, green olives, and radishes. Pour the Italian dressing over the vegetables. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
