This is an elegant, easy sauce and can be made ahead of time.
1 (16-ounce) bag fresh cranberries, rinsed and picked over
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 (8-ounce) jar orange marmalade
½ cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium-size mixing bowl mix the cranberries, sugar, marmalade, and nuts. Pour into the baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers and serve reheated within a week.
