Dijon Sauce

1 (8-ounce) container sour cream

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill before serving.
