A standard sauce used for grilled, broiled, or baked fish, especially salmon.
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon lemon juice
In a medium-size mixing bowl combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, and lemon juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
Hint: This sauce can be used as a dip. For variation, add 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes or chopped green onions, parsley, and seasoned salt to taste.
