Zucchini-Parmesan Appetizer Bread

3 cups grated zucchini

1 cup Bisquick

½ cup finely chopped onion

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons dried parsley

½ teaspoon seasoned salt

½ teaspoon dried oregano

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

½ cup vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9 × 13-inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl lightly mix with an electric mixer the zucchini, Bisquick, onion, Parmesan cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, oregano, eggs, garlic, and oil. Do not overbeat. Spread the mixture in the greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve.
