Hot Beef Dip

1 tablespoon margarine

¼ cup chopped onions

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 (4-ounce) can drained mushrooms

1 (2½-ounce) package chipped smoked beef

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Potato chips

In a small skillet melt the margarine over low heat and sauté the onions. Add the cream cheese and milk and cook, stirring continuously over low heat until the cheese is melted. After the cheese is melted, add the parsley, mushrooms, beef, and Parmesan cheese. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot with chips.
