Cheese Apples

Tasty, tasty, tasty.

1½ cups granulated sugar

1 cup all-purpose flour

1½ sticks butter, diced

12 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced

2 (15-ounce) cans apples

Preheat the oven to 375°. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray. In a small mixing bowl mix the sugar and flour. In a medium saucepan on low heat melt the butter and cheese, stirring to prevent sticking. Place the apples in the casserole dish. Pour the sugar-flour mixture over the apples. Stir in the cheese and butter mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
