Macaroni and Cheese and Corn Bake
This is a simple and easy dish for those rushed days.
1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°. In a medium-size mixing bowl combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, macaroni, and cheese. Mix well. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish and bake uncovered until tender.
YIELD: 6 TO 8 SERVINGS
