Minted Peas

1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon green crème de menthe

1 tablespoon margarine

In a saucepan on medium heat cook the peas for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the crème de menthe and margarine.

YIELD: 4 TO 6 SERVINGS
