Apricot Baked Chicken

1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces

1 (18-ounce) jar apricot preserves

1 (16-ounce) bottle Catalina French dressing

1 (1-ounce) package onion soup mix

Preheat the oven to 350°. Place the chicken pieces on a foiled-lined pan. In a small bowl mix the preserves, dressing, and soup mix. Pour this mixture over the chicken. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours.
