1 (4 to 6-pound) chicken
1 (1-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
3 (10¾-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (8-ounce) package Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 (10¾-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Boil the chicken until it is tender. Cool the chicken and remove from the bones. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl combine the soup mix and chicken broth. Spray a 9 × 13-inch pan with nonstick vegetable spray. Spread the stuffing mix on the bottom of the pan. Place the chicken pieces on the stuffing mix. Pour the broth mixture and the soup over the chicken. Bake for 45 minutes. Do not overbake.
