Spiced Olives

We have found that ladies are delighted with these at our teas. They are also a tasty side dish for hamburgers, barbeque, or hot dogs.

½ cup juice from olives

⅓ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon crushed oregano

2 cups large pitted green olives

Combine the olive juice with the oil, garlic, and oregano. Place the olives in a container and cover with this mixture. Must refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
