Tuna Salad Mini Sandwiches

I have been serving these appetizer sandwiches for years. They are always a hit.

1 (6-ounce) can solid white tuna in water, well drained

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 tablespoons apricot preserves

3 tablespoons raisins

2 tablespoons chopped onion

Cocktail-size breads, dark or rye

In a medium-size mixing bowl combine the tuna, mayonnaise, apricot preserves, raisins, and onion. Mix thoroughly. Serve on cocktail-size breads.

YIELD: ABOUT 1½ CUPS
