This is great to make ahead and have on hand for dessert, especially in emergencies or to give to someone.
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand preferred)
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and not diluted
1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
2 Graham Cracker Piecrusts (recipe below)
In a large bowl fold the sweetened condensed milk and lemonade concentrate into the whipped topping. Spoon this mixture into the piecrusts. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.
Hint: For variations, limeade or orange juice concentrate can be substituted.
