Rice Pudding

4 cups cooked rice

1½ cups granulated sugar

4 cups milk

1 cup raisins

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

4 eggs, lightly beaten

Dash of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large mixing bowl combine the rice, sugar, milk, raisins, nutmeg, eggs, and salt. Bake for 1½ hours until brown. Serve hot.
