2 (21-ounce) packages chewy fudge brownie mix
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
2 (8-ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk
2 (3.4-ounce) packages white chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (12.5-ounce) jar caramel topping
Prepare each brownie mix according to package directions for chewy brownies in a 9 × 13-inch pan. After cooking, set aside to cool. Once the brownies are cool, break them into large pieces. In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed beat the cream cheese until it is light and creamy. Beat in the marshmallow creme. Stir in 1 container of the whipped topping. In another large bowl stir together the milk and white chocolate pudding mix. Stir until thickened. Stir in the remaining container of whipped topping. In a 9 × 13-inch baking dish or a 3-quart bowl crumble half of the brownie pieces in an even layer. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownies. Drizzle evenly with the caramel topping. Pour the pudding evenly over the caramel topping. Crumble the remaining brownie pieces on top. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
