1 can mixed nuts
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup pecan halves
¼ cup walnut halves
¼ cup raisins
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate
1 (12-ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 (16-ounce) box confectioners’ sugar
In a large bowl mix together the cereal, mixed nuts, cashews, pecan halves, walnut halves, and raisins. In a microwavable bowl on high melt together the semisweet chocolate and peanut butter. Fold into the cereal mixture until all the cereal and nuts are covered. Try not to crush the cereal squares. Pour into a 13-gallon garbage bag. Pour the confectioners’ sugar over the mixture. Close and shake the garbage bag until all the ingredients are separated and coated. If clumps occur, shake to break up into pieces.
