Dominique DeVito has been in publishing for over 20 years, and has written books on everything from decorating to beekeeping to pet care. Of French descent, she has been experimenting in the kitchen since she was young, and works closely with chefs and caterers as part of her current venture as co-owner of the Hudson-Chatham Winery in Ghent, New York, where she lives with her family.
Breea Johnson is a Registered Dietician (RD) and Licensed Dietician Nutritionist (LDN) in Chicago, where she has a private practice, Sustaining Nutrition: Integrative Nutrition Counseling. Her nutrition-related projects have included a study on probiotics and gastrointestinal symptoms at Hines Veterans Administration Hospital. She is dedicated to giving people tools—including delicious recipes—to help them achieve better health through diet.
