In a large pan, heat the oil. Add in the onion, cumin and green chili. Cook for 2 mins.
Add in the pastes, and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients.
Cook for an additional minute before adding half a cup of hot water. Allow to simmer for 8-10 minutes on low
Garnish with sliced ginger and fresh cilantro leaves. Serve.
