Tandoori Roti – Singh Sahab
Crispy flat bread with a soft interior, Tandoori Roti is the perfect accompaniment to the delicious main curries!

Ingredients:
Directions:
Combine all of the shown ingredients in a bowl, adding enough water to form a soft dough.
Allow to rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 10 pieces, rolling each piece into a ball shape.
Heat skillet on low.
Roll each to a thickness of ¼ inch and sprinkle water on one side.
Place the wet side onto the skillet pan and cook for a minute or two and then flip the pan upside down, bringing the roti in contact with the open flame. Cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
Do this with the remaining dough balls.
Serve with a main course and enjoy!
