29. Besan Ladoo
Besan Ladoo - Cook With Manali
A classic ladoo recipe with chickpea flour.

In a wok set over low heat, add in the ghee. Add in the chickpea flour. Cook for 10 minutes or until toasted.
Remove & allow to cool for 5 mins.
In a coffee grinder/food processor, add in the shredded coconut. Grind until fine in consistency.
Add in the ground almonds, castor sugar, ground coconuts and powdered cardamom into the wok. Stir well to mix.
Shape the mix into balls that are 1 inch in diameter. Place onto a baking sheet.
Set aside to rest for 2-3 hrs. before serving.
