Crab & Cream Cheese Appetizer by Kate James
Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon horseradish
8 ounces backfin crabmeat
1 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons chopped shallots
Salt and pepper to taste
2 ounces slivered almonds
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all ingredients except almonds together.
3. Place in a shallow baking dish.
4. Sprinkle almonds over top.
5. Bake approximately 20 minutes, until slightly browned.
6. Serve with warmed naan bread or crackers.
