Grilled Asian lettuce wrapped turkey burger

  1. When you are ready for cooking, set the Traeger temperature to approximately 225F, add the wood pallets and let it preheat, make sure to close the lid for approximately 15 minutes. For maximum flavor, use may would like to use the Super Smoke option if available.
  2. In order to make Sriracha mayo, mix well mayonnaise & Sriracha in small bowl and keep it aside.
  3. Clean thoroughly your hands and using your palms and finger pressure, mix all the other ingredients for burgers in large bowl.
  4. Scoop out around 1/3 pound of this mixture and mold it into a patty. Repeat the same with remaining mixture.
  5. start Grilling the burgers until they were browned, this would take about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  6. Take an appropriate piece of lettuce and then place burger in middle. Spread a spoonful of spicy mayo with sliced tomato & red onion.
  7. Carefully, wrap it up in lettuce just like a burrito.
