If you crave ethnic food with a touch of spice, try this traditional Ethiopian blend; it tastes amazing on chicken, beef, or pork. Every time I taste it, it takes me back to Ethiopia, where my husband and I adopted our two boys, and special memories fill my mind.
6 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fine sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ginger powder
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
½ teaspoon ground fenugreek
½ teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. Cover and shake until well combined. Store in the pantry for up to 2 months.
