If you are a fan of spicy food, you must try this seasoning. My son Kai adores this seasoning on catfish ( see here ).
2½ teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons fine sea salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1¼ teaspoons onion powder
1¼ teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1¼ teaspoons dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Place all the ingredients in a jar with a lid. Cover and shake until well combined. Store in the pantry for up to 2 months.
