herbes de florence

image prep time: 5 minutes yield: ¾ cup (2¼ teaspoons per serving)

This herb blend is an Italian twist on herbes de Provence. I love using this blend in salad dressings, adding it to homemade mayo, and rubbing it on poultry for a tasty addition to meals.

2 tablespoons dried basil

2 tablespoons dried ground marjoram

2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves

2 tablespoons dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried ground rosemary

1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Place all the ingredients into a jar with a lid. Cover and shake until well combined. Store in the pantry for up to 2 months.
