1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
¾ cup mayonnaise, homemade ( see here ) or store-bought (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, see here , for egg-free)
1 clove garlic, crushed to a paste
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
Place the basil in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add the mayo, garlic, and salt and pulse until well combined. Place in a jar, cover, and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
