garlic and herb aioli

image prep time: 5 minutes yield: 1 cup (2 tablespoons per serving)

1 cup mayonnaise, homemade ( see here ) or store-bought (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, see here , for egg-free)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves or other herb of choice

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until the mixture is smooth and the thyme leaves are finely minced. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 8 days.

note: If making this aioli for the Hawaiian Delight on see here , use chopped chives instead of thyme leaves for more of an Asian flair.
