tear pad. Pad of coupons found on a store display, shelf, or freezer door.
wine tag, ring tag, or hang tag. A coupon hanging from the neck of a product.

IVC. Instant Value Coupon (Walgreens and CVS).
RR. Register Reward printed at the end of a transaction at Walgreens in the form of a Catalina.
SCR. Single Check Rebate issued in the form of one check at Rite Aid for various rebate offers.
+UP. Rite Aid Plus Up Reward.
WAG. Walgreens.

RC or rain check. A piece of paper that guarantees the sale price of an out-of-stock item.
