A graduate of the University of Florida’s College of Journalism and its College of Law, Parker has been a practicing attorney, speechwriter, newspaper reporter, and columnist, as well as the editorial director of Running Times magazine. He is also the New York Times bestselling author of Once a Runner and its sequel, Again to Carthage. He divides his time between Gainesville, Florida, and Bar Harbor, Maine.
