Introduced in 1998, the Golden Boy was designed to resemble the classic Winchester Model 1866. The Winchester was a redesign of an earlier gun by B. Tyler Henry, and the present firm was named in his honor. The Golden Boy is also offered in 22 Magnum and .17 HMR versions. Any complete takedown of this rifle should be done very carefully, to avoid marring its elegant exterior.
