Men have been in charge of the public affairs of the world for a long time and have been aggressive towards each other and destructive of the planet. The track record of powerful machiavellian men acting together in groups isn’t good. but whether “female virtues” are innate or socially programmed is not the real issue. it’s time for a pragmatic and not an essentialist approach.
