Memoir is a product of memory. I’ve written these scenes as I remember them; most of those memories are vivid. I’ve made up some dialogue; I’ve also transcribed dialogue exactly as I recorded it at the time. I’ve left out some characters for the sake of brevity and clarity, and changed the names of others.
