SCREW ON YOUR THINKING CAP!
The picture shows one hand, on the right, turning a bolt in a clockwise direction, as if screwing it into a nut, and another hand, on the left, turning another bolt anti-clockwise, as if unscrewing it.
As it happens, the two bolts are in close contact all the time, so they will either be drawn closer together, or will be pushed further apart, or, perhaps, not move closer or further apart. Without getting a pair of bolts to experiment with, can you predict the correct answer?
