One of the best ways to fight aging is to -- are you ready for this - - stop worrying about aging. That's right. Do everything you can for your health and emotional and physical well being. Then let it go.

 

67. A great way to achieve this is to concentrate your efforts on someone else by volunteering. Find an organization where you can help someone else. This could be a humane shelter if you're an animal lover, a local food pantry, or a school that needs tutors. Choose something that you're passionate about and you'll be amazed at how young you feel when you've spent an afternoon helping others. You may be exhausted, but your spirit will feel good.
