1 × 270g can mixed bean salad, drained
1–2 teaspoons chilli sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons low-fat natural yogurt
4 corn tortillas
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Place the drained beans in a bowl and mix in the chilli sauce and chopped parsley.
2 Spread the yogurt over the base of the tortillas and season with salt and black pepper.
3 Spread the bean mixture over the yogurt and roll up the tortillas as tightly as possible. Cut each tortilla in half and trim the ends.
TIP Spreading the inside of the tortillas with yogurt helps to bind the filling together
