6 Bowyers 95% fat free sausages

6 rashers plain or smoked back bacon

1 Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6.

2 Using a sharp serrated knife, cut each sausage in half lengthways.

3 Using scissors, trim away the rind and any fat from the outside edges of the bacon and cut each slice in half lengthways.

4 Wrap the bacon around the sausages and place on a non-stick baking tray.

5 Cook in the oven for 15–20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve hot alongside the turkey.
