100g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
100g 3% fat Greek-style yogurt
a few drops vanilla essence
cocoa powder to dust
1 Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of hot water.
2 Allow the chocolate to cool, then slowly stir in the yogurt, taking care not to overmix. Allow to set, ideally overnight.
3 Take small spoonfuls of the mixture and roll between the palms of your hands into little balls. Place on a tray and dust with the cocoa powder.
TIP Wrap the chocolates in cellophane and store in the refrigerator for up a week
