1 tablespoon chopped fresh mixed herbs

1 garlic clove

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Serve with: all meats and grilled vegetables

1 Liquidise the tomatoes and their juice, and pour into a saucepan.

2 Add the chopped herbs and garlic. Season with salt and black pepper and heat through.
