1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon arrowroot

1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley.

Serve with: white meat and vegetables

1 Heat the orange juice, ginger and honey in a saucepan.

2 Mix the arrowroot with a little cold water and stir into the pan to thicken the sauce, then add the parsley before serving.
