1 × 2.5cm piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon boiling water
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt to serve
fresh mint to decorate
1 Heat the chopped ginger in a pan with the honey and 1 tablespoon boiling water until thick and syrupy.
2 Divide the orange slices between 2 serving bowls and pour the syrup over. Spoon the yogurt over and decorate with fresh mint.
