150ml 0% fat Greek yogurt
2 small meringues, broken into pieces
115g fresh raspberries, hulled
2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
fresh mint to decorate
1 Assemble the yogurt and meringue pieces in a glass.
2 Save 2 or 3 raspberries for decoration. Heat the remainder in a pan with the orange juice and reduce to a syrup. Strain through a sieve, then pour the syrup over the yogurt and meringue. Decorate with fresh mint.
