250g fresh raspberries
300ml white wine
1 × 36g pack Bird’s Dream Topping
300ml skimmed milk
3 tablespoons 0% fat Greek yogurt
8 low-fat sponge fingers
1 Place the raspberries and wine in a small saucepan and heat until warm. Remove from the heat.
2 Make up the Dream Topping with the milk and fold in the yogurt.
3 Dip the sponge fingers in the liquid and place half of them in the bottom of 4 small dishes. Add a layer of the Dream Topping mix, then add the remaining sponge fingers. Top with the remaining mixture and chill until required.
TIP Make this dessert a day in advance to allow the sponge fingers to absorb the liquid
